Will I be able to get into CU Boulder?

I have 3.04 unweighted gpa and 3.46 weighted gpa atm and will be pulling that up by the end of midterm (senior). I wasn't a calculus or a chemistry person so I barely ped those cles (dropped my gpa down significantly soph year). I got 1720 on the SAT on 2400 scale and 1130 on 1600 scale. I volunteered for 180 hrs at a college campus and a professor is writing me an extra recommendation. I volunteer regularly at my church. I live in-state. Is there anything you would like to recommend for applying to CU Boulder? Will I be able to get in?
