Would you consider me white?

I am form Ukraine, which in Eastern Europe, west of Russia. My mom is blond, dad had light-brown hair. I have green eyes, brown(light-brown) hair, tan easily, have pretty small eyes(not asian eyes, but small), my nose is a little wide(partly because i once almost broke it). some people think i am asian or latino. would you call me white?
