Vulvar cancer possibly?

I have these little bumps under the skin in the vulva area. I know it is not . It started with 1 about 9 months ago. Now, there are 5. They do not rupture, they do not bleed, and they are not fluid filled. They do not go away. They are Not blisters. BUT, the itching is insane! I do have a history of cervical cancer and had a hysterectomy 5 years ago which is why I am l leaning towards vulvar cancer.
