I am scared and need some Advice?

I just found a not on my throat Left side just about where you would take your pulse . I cant call the Dr till MOnday and I am really scared any one Know of what this might be . First off i want to say I have been haveing alot of sinus problems lately , (not sure if this would have anything to do with this . Some other things about me I have lost about 20 lbs in the last year for no reason I am tired all the time really anxious and i some times have alot af anxiety and tension the knot doest not hurt and it is about the size of 1/2 a quarter (its not round ) any help would be nice
