What happens if an illegal from Mexico receives the death sentence does Mexico intervene or how does it work ?

mexico will not jump in on it, he deserves to die, why should we fit the bill for this habitual criminal. i guess pro illegals will come up with an excuse for him, white people drove him to it or some bull$hit!!! death penalty all the way!!!
