C-Section Postpartum??

I had my son almost 11 months ago, June 19, 2007. One week after I had him, my incision opened up and I had extreme amounts of drainage and pain. I had to get my incision packed 2 times a day for 3 months (my boyfriend had to do it).. This was such a painfu experience. I saw my doctor throughout the process and she kept saying give it more time. I moved about an hour away from that doctor; so I still washed it daily, cleaned it out everyday, and such. I tried numerous times to get into a doctor around where I am living now but everyone told me that I needed to go see my original doctor. In Jan, I finally got into an OB around me and he immediately sent me to a surgeon, who then sent me to a Wound Care Specialist. They tried something and gave me a few weeks to heal, still didn't heal. I then had to get an ultrasound and now I'm going to see the Wound care specialist again. I don't have diabetes, no complications with the pregnancy. Does anyone have any suggestions
