New York people Only! HELP! DRIVING SCHOOLS?!?

okay so im 16 and i want to get a drivers license ... i just moved from a nother state to NY Brooklyn! i have a lreaners permit from other state but its no good here.. so i dont know how this things work here could anyone give me instructions what kinda of driving school i need to look for or how do i get my licence and everything what i need to have ect plzzz help me out... in michigan i had to go and get my learners permit (cles 1 full week) and thn some test wait for 3 months and go and get my drivers licence then
