Anti Health Care reform people, how do you solve this problem?

Set an age that a person has to buy insurance by to get past the preexisting conditions. The level of insurance they purchase would be up to them. If they were lucky enough to receive employment from an employer that gave coverage above what they had previously purchased they could purchase the same level as if that was the level they purchased at an earlier age with no prior condition. If they hadn't bought insurance by the prescribed time they don't get that preexisting condition exclusion. You are giving personal responsibility choice. Since this is a new law one has to put a start date of when prior to this law people can come in with prior conditions & how soon they must purchase insurance.
