Do you let your child wear what he/she pleases?

Like if it is a little chilly outside, and they wish to wear something that isn't exactly suitable for the weather (not meaning like a tank top in -2), but they insist?? Or if they insist on wearing something they think matches, when it doesn't?? Do you not care, do you go to some extent, or do you let them have no say at all??
