Lime wire?(not pro) ?

ok so i have lime wire abd depending on the day it decide whether it wants to work or not nd im tired of getting on with the 50:50 chance of it connecting or not.lyk wen i get on it and search it duznt work and the thingy at the bottom left corner has no i guess bars? nd sez connecting. im wondering is ther a way to get it to work and not do tht? is ther any other thing i can download lyk lime wire tht free nd actually works? ok so yah thx(:
