Over spending on visa credit card?

Why don't you pay $500 cash and finance the rest on credit? $1000 isn't alot of money and if you don't have that in cash, you may want to rethink the purchase. Do you really need it? It may seem like a deal now, but with finance charges it could end up costing you alot more in the end.
