Portland or Phoenix?For the 20-30 somethings?

I grew up in Portland and moved to Phoenix when I was 26. I like Portland more as far as hanging out and having fun. I think it just has an all around better vibe. The Phoenix area is a million times better when it comes to clubs if that's all you're looking for.
