SOME compulsive eating habits?

Ok, I know that I don't eat very healthily. I never eat breakfast, and sometimes will only have lunch or dinner. If I have lunch, i'll end up snacking after 5pm. If I don't have lunch, i'll end up snacking at around lunchtime or sometimes earlier. But when I eat something, say a bowl of coco pops, I always have to have another bowl after...If I have a gummy snake I have to have another one. Does anyone know any ways or have any tricks to stop themselves doing this? And why do I do this? Is it because I don't eat enough during a day? Please respond, and serious answers for a serious question.
