Why do non-invasive cardiologists and electrophysiologists earn 500 grand?

when all they basically do is the same thing a cardiac technician does which is non-invasive diagnostic procedures such as holter monitoring, stress testing, ekg and interpretation and echocardiography. and the cardiac technician earns 60 grand for the same job
