Guys, are you satisfied with your Manhood?

About half the ads on TV & radio seem to be for "male enhancement" so I was wondering what the percentage of males who are not happy with their manhood is. Do you want or need enhancement? About how much? I hope this isn't an offensive question, if it offends anyone I apologize. For the record, I am content and quite happy just as I am. How about you?
