Question about living situatons with divorced parents?

okk so im 15 years old in the state of texas. im currently living with my dad but i want to ive with my mom. my mom said i can move in with her anytime i want to. my only problem is my dad wont let me leave until the end of the school year. i would be okk with tht, but my school life sux and i want a new start. im not able to handle this any longer!!! and on top of tht, my living situation isnt very good either. ppl come drunk to my house all the time, theres a little bit of fighting, and our house is covered in black mold. my question is, is there anyway i can move in with my mom by the 1st of april without getting the law invoved? am i old enough to just go to her house without my dads consent? any advice would be helpful! :)
