What is happening to me?????????

ok so i bought another thermometer because yall said min was bumped for it to be reading 82.9 but the 2nd one said the same thing and so my soon to be wife drove me to the ER and gave me a shot to like stabilize my temp and they told me to go home and rest so i woke up very very short of breath and i am wheezing and my abdomen hurts like hell what is going on??????????????????????????
