When should I make the move? (In my situation!)?

First of all i can't believe i'm actually telling you this but i really need help. I like a girl who is a year older than i am. She is a junior in high school and i am a sophmore. We both play basketball and it is very important to us. She told me she likes me a little but she doesnt want to start anything till after bball but we can still hang out and get to know eachother untill then. Bball isnt over till like march! Thats a pretty dang long time. I have a friend that liked her a lot and is nearly obsessed with her but she likes me. She told me she wants to take things really slow and she doesnt want to hurt him and stuff. So we hung out 2 days in a row now, i went to her house yesterday after finals and we watched tv for a couple hours, nothin happend. Today after finals she came over to my house and we watched a movie and sharred a blanket. I didnt hold hands with her or anything and i regret it. When should i make my first move,how. im nervous around her how do i b more talkative?
